Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque, violet edges, very inviting blueberry-cassis notes on the nose, very fine wood aromas, delicate hints of caramel and honey, incredibly complex bouquet, mineral notes. Very fresh and enormously concentrated on the palate, fine tannins, very mineral, fine cocoa touch, a very nervy wine with classic future potential, fine astringency, which will make it the perfect food companion.
