The white wine Aussières Chardonnay Pays d'Oc IGP, vintage 2014 from the winery Château D’Aussieres – Domaines Barons de Rothschild has been rated in 2015 with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Medium yellow, silver reflections. Honeydew melon, pumpkin, quite clear and without wood influence. Crisp, fresh acidity on the palate, also with intense fruit, a hint of creaminess, but very little Chardonnay stereotype, rather pithy in style, with intense tactile minerality and thus with great structural length.
