Tasting Notes
Light salmon pink, slightly effervescent. A delicate bouquet of Gali melon, wild strawberry, and vineyard peach, complemented by citrus zest, smoky spice, flint, pepper, and garrigue. Dry on the palate, with a savory-salty attack, plenty of fruity richness, and delicate herbal spice. The finish features fleur de sel and citrus freshness, with a long finish.
