Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, purple reflections, discreet brightening on the rim. Superb nose of truffle and liquorice, dark berry confit underneath, fine spiciness from noble wood, floral touch, very multifaceted bouquet. Juicy, a texture like velvet and silk, finest tannins, finely structured, mineral, seems immensely fresh and balanced, all muscle and concentration, lasts for minutes, yes, classics of the future are laid out like this. Has not yet reached the first drinking peak, but already gives a good idea of where the journey is heading. Pure luxury.
More about the tastingStrong ruby garnet, violet rim brightening, exotic spices on the nose, delicate orange peel. Very full-bodied on the palate, chocolate texture with plenty of tannin, complex, long-lasting, fine cherry fruit in the finish, roasted aromas in the aftertaste.
