Still quite closed on the nose but some balsamic notes, wet stone, red peach, nectarine and dried rosemary. Silky and intense on the palate with cultured acidity, almost Burgundy-like. Minerality with tremendous freshness and tart notes, a little phenolic grip and just a hint of sweetness.
