Bright golden yellow. Exciting bouquet crème brulée, candied orange, tropical fruit, mustard seed, roasted almond, some coffee. Very fine mousse. Compact, substantial on the palate with restrained acidity, almost plump and warming, has depth, needs air. Beguiling caramel notes on the finish. Great match for savoury dishes. Exceptionally individual.
