Peach and balsamic notes. Some damp lime. Silky sweetness on the attack, very round and plump, delicately fruity on the palate, combining texture and juiciness. The acidity is ripe and subtle, but remains Riesling-like despite its restraint. A fine wine with a semi-dry taste.
