A pale salmon-pink rosé. Intense fruit notes of pomegranate seeds, rhubarb, pink grapefruit, and citrus zest, complemented by thyme, anise, pepper, a hint of smoke, and salted lemon. Dry on the palate, with subtle acidity and a rich fruitiness that conveys a juicy fullness despite its analytical dryness. Creamy, fruit-forward, and with a long finish.
