Light salmon pink with silver highlights. Captivating fruit notes of honeydew melon, anise, and red berries, complemented by thyme and white pepper. On the palate, a juicy attack, dry, with a fruity finish and moderate acidity. The finish features citrus zest and a hint of fleur de sel. Uncomplicated, juicy, and very easy to drink.
