A very delicate salmon pink with silver highlights. A fruit-forward nose of Williams pear, apricot, red berries, and rosehip, complemented by subtle notes of nougat, marzipan, and white pepper. Dry on the palate, with plenty of fruity richness, moderate acidity, and a creamy texture. A subtle hint of tannins and smoky spice on the finish.
