A very savoury aroma: asparagus, black pepper, cassis, vegetal notes and yeast. The palate begins smoothly, embedding the mousse creamily, the fruit gives the palate aromas, support and volume, the acidity remains rather restrained. An unusual but harmonious sparkling wine.
