Dark ruby, purple reflections, broader ochre lightening on the rim. Cherry fruit on the nose with a delicate nougat touch, a hint of plum, some caramel and orange zest. Full-bodied with sweet blackberry fruit, good freshness, fine, ripe tannins and a mineral-salty finish. Nicely developed with certain ageing potential.
