The white wine Alta Mora Etna Bianco DOC, vintage 2020 from the winery Cusumano has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Carricante from the region Sicily in Italy.
Intensely bright straw yellow with gold. Fresh lemongrass dominates the nose, with orange peel, yellow apple and some fumé notes. Taut across the tongue, and with a lot of minerality, it shows a lot of freshness and is stimulatingly savoury, going into the finish with light emphasis.
