Tasting from 08.09.2016: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Othmar Kiem

Balsamic patinated cherry fruit and some white penja pepper. Very linear and juicy on the palate, fine-grained tannin in medium-high quantity, ripe acidity and an age-appropriate discreet structure. Pleasant tactile mInerality, a classic construction with positive density. Will age very well.
