The red wine Hermitage AOC Domaine de Tourettes, vintage 2015 from the winery Delas Frères has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 96+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Côtes du Rhône in France.
Very closed, blackberry confit and hints of balsamic savouriness. Creamy attack, minerality immediately vivid, extremely high density with fine but not too silky tannin, an elegance at the maximum of what fits into 14% by volume, mineral savouriness, all components seamlessly integrated, ripe, well carrying acidity, very pithy.
