Tasting from 01.12.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Dark ruby red. The nose is very oaky, vanilla, malt, with hints of walnut and a little rum steeped fruit, very ripe plum in the aftertaste. On the palate it shows with rich tannin, medium loosely knit, certain juiciness, then unfortunately a bit bitter on the finish.
