The prosecco Empatico Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut from the winery Diotisalvi has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Brilliant straw yellow with a fine mousse. On the nose at first there are some delicate yeasty notes, then nuances of yellow apple and a little butter biscuit, light yellow blossom, plus a hint of white chocolate mousse. Expressive and pure on the palate, showing good texture and energy.
