Tasting Notes
Strong ruby, purple reflections, broad ochre rim. Intense animalistic nuances, a hint of saddle leather, red berry fruit, delicate hints of candied violets and with a subtle oak character. Juicy, fresh red cherry, lively acid structure, a mineral citrus touch, dark slate terroir nuances on the finish. It still needs two or three years to reach perfection.
