Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Strong ruby, purple reflections, broad ochre rim. Intense animalistic nuances, a hint of saddle leather, red berry fruit, delicate hints of candied violets and with a subtle oak character. Juicy, fresh red cherry, lively acid structure, a mineral citrus touch, dark slate terroir nuances on the finish. It still needs two or three years to reach perfection.

On the nose, red fruits of the forest, citrus zest and undergrowth, underpinned by attractive cedar wood and graphite notes The medium-bodied palate has lively acidity, red cherry fruit with a citrus-salinity on the finish which dries the palate well, a versatile, nimble food wine of great elegance.
