Tasting Notes
Deep crimson garnet, violet core, ruby reflections, broad ochre rim. Extremely fresh on the nose, intense red berry fruit, youthful spice, delicate animal nuances of Brettanomyces. Full-bodied, complex on the palate, cool fruit, firm tannins, rather masculine style, delicate dried fruit notes on the finish, good length, much more concentrated than usual. (store/drink/+15)
