The red wine Fleurie "Grille Midi", vintage 2021 from the winery Domaine des Terres Dorées has been rated in 2024 by Peter Moser & Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Gamay from the region Beaujolais in France.
Wild plum and violets on the nose: nuanced and elegant. On the palate, the wine is immediately characterised by granite and peppery notes, the tannins are slightly dry (raisin?!), but have a natural impression and high phenolic maturity. An almost abstract (and very Burgundian) pleasure characterised by the terroir.
