The red wine Beaujolais AOC Coeur des Vendages Vignes Centenaires, vintage 2015 from the winery Domaine du Vissoux has been rated in 2016 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Tintorera from the region Beaujolais in France.
Licorice, violets, pepper, complex and dense, high-alcohol palate, slightly grainy tannin, very young, very homogeneous on the palate, minerality increases, deep acidity, immense length, yield only 34 hl/ha, remains very long on the mid-palate plateau.
