Raspberry candy, strawberries, dried herbs on the nose, bouquet garni. Juicy on the palate, light herbal savouriness, beautifully integrated acid structure, fruity with subtle fruit sweetness. A wonderful accompaniment to artichokes, classically prepared (cooked whole) or garbure, a classic Gascony bean stew.
