Rustic fellow with idiosyncratic aromas reminiscent (our suggestions) of blackberry leaf, elderberry and rosehip. It leaves a shy trail of ethereal spice. Its taste remains strangely taciturn when the fruit and structure are rather sparse, while the acidity sweeps through the palate all too quickly.
