The red wine XII Nuits Duché d’Uzès IGP, vintage 2014 from the winery Domaine Perdrix-Lasouche has been rated in 2016 by Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer with 87 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
Rustic fellow with idiosyncratic aromas reminiscent (our suggestions) of blackberry leaf, elderberry and rosehip. It leaves a shy trail of ethereal spice. Its taste remains strangely taciturn when the fruit and structure are rather sparse, while the acidity sweeps through the palate all too quickly.
