Tasting from 26.09.2025: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Gerhild Burkard, Romana Echensperger

Bright yellow with a fine, persistent mousse. An exciting bouquet, with aromas of pear, Boskoop Apple, candied orange peel, kumquat, apple leaves, hazelnut, rye toast, vanilla, and fresh spruce. Moderately fresh acidity on the palate, with a lively mousse, pronounced fruit and subtle yeasty nuances. A complex and vinous style, a very good accompaniment to food.
