Tasting Notes
Dark golden. Ripe Riesling fruit with notes of dried apple rings. Broad on the palate, subtle sweetness by today's standards, almost semi-dry and yet emphatically phenolic, full-bodied - an old-fashioned but not stale style, hearty and full-bodied, somewhat shirt-sleeved but completely coherent - and wonderfully mature.
