The white wine Collio Bianco DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Edi Keber has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Friulano, Ribolla, Malvasia from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Clear pale golden yellow. Opens with notes of dried kitchen herbs, especially thyme and tarragon, then fresh yellow apple, some peach; an appealing nose. On the palate great appeal, opening with notes of orange zest, some banana, plus slightly smoky mineral notes, then unfortunately a little harsh in the finish.
