Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow. On the nose there are notes of fresh herbs, mint, dried lemon zest, a touch of white chocolate and white peach. The palate is fresh and juicy, vertical, with animating acidity and elegant bitter notes on the moderately long finish, approachable.
