Intense, bright light gold colour with a persistent, delicate mousse. Very elegant on the nose, aromas of elderflower cordial, lemon, some pome fruit, with fine notes of cream and butter biscuit, multi-layered and complex. Balanced and in almost perfect harmony on the palate, with plenty of drive and fruit, elegant mousse and finesse, enormous length.
