The sparkling wine Ferrari Perlé Nero Trento DOC Extra Brut, vintage 2018 from the winery Ferrari Trento has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Nero from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Clear golden yellow with a very fine mousse. Finely characterised bouquet, with notes of fresh black bread, kumquats and a hint of nougat. Opens with a very soft mousse on the palate, but with a certain drive, concentrated fruit, very precise, elegant and long.
