The sparkling wine Giulio Ferrari Rosé Riserva Trento DOC Extra Brut, vintage 2016 from the winery Ferrari Trento has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Nero, Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intense, brightening orange-pink colour. Aromas of meadow herbs, slightly resinous cranberry, hints of forest floor, red apple and a little plum on the finish, very open nose. On the palate with good grip and drive, delicately bitter in the centre, slightly perceptible tannin on the finish.
