Bright, light golden yellow with a long-lasting mousse. Cold butter on the nose at first, followed by a hint of roasted hazelnut, candied lemon peel and a hint of bread crust. Pleasant mousse on the palate with a clear core, elegant and delicate, long finish.

Bright straw yellow with light golden reflections. The nose initially smells of cold butter, a little roasted hazelnut, with candied lemon peel and a hint of sea salt. Has effervescent mousse and a clear core on the palate, then opens up elegantly and finely, compact, with a light blood orange finish, solid every year.
