Brilliant, intense straw yellow with a delicate mousse. Nose of salted lemon, smoke, some hazelnut, sage, fine yeasty tones in the echo. Bone-dry on the palate, with vivid acidity and gentle mousse, appears very vinous, breaks down somewhat in the finish and remains delicately bitter.
