Pale salmon pink with a grainy mousse. Subtle aromas of blackcurrant, sour cherry and raspberry, notes of aniseed and tahini, hints of brioche and biscuit. Distinctly dry on the palate, the cleverly measured dosage emphasises the cool fruit, crisp, fresh acidity adds nerve, grippy and straightforward.
