This is for those who like a lively, bone-dry style. Subtle aromas of pear, notes of apple, citrus zest and white blossom, hints of white nougat and biscuit. On the palate, there is a lot of tension, with crisp, fresh acidity and a fine tannic grip, adding to the tenson, a mineral core and plenty of nerve - a Crémant that will delight Brut Nature fans in particular.
