Kräutrige und ätherische Würze wechseln sich in der Nase mit hellen Anklängen von Akazie und Jasmin ab. Komplex und dicht, zieht sich das Terroir des Gipskeupers mittels einer Spur Gerbstoff und feiner Säurestruktur entlang des Gaumens. Saftig, aber dennoch enorm langanhaltend überzeugt unser Silvaner aus dem Schlossberg mit strahlender Eleganz und Komplexität.

Fine pear with stony notes, yellow apple, Mirabelle plum, fine herbs, nutty aromas. Powerful on the palate in an elegant and finely nuanced way, dense extract, complex, which dissolves finely, ripe, refined acidity, mineral character, good length.
