The white wine 6 Apriles anno 1659 Silvaner, vintage 2013 from the winery Fürstlich Castell’sche Domäne has been rated in 2014 by Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Sylvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Chamomile, brook mint and apple chips in the noble bouquet. Hints of lavender, elderflower and saffron. Enormously floral and spicy. Delicate hints of caramel and white chocolate. Baroque and full-bodied on the palate, soft acidity. Delicately tart finish.
