Brilliant golden yellow in colour. A fragrant nose full of quinces and ripe pears, as well as floral orange blossom, chamomile, hay, a subtle wood savouriness and some acacia honey. Full-bodied yet supple on the palate with a well-integrated, lively acid structure, vivid phenolics and juicy fruit.
