The white wine Chablis, vintage 2018 from the winery Garnier & Fils has been rated in 2020 by Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Bourgogne in France.
The nose shows a peppery spice with some apple, hazelnut and oaty notes. On the palate, it's compact and powerful, fleshy with an almost creamy background, slightly phenolic, both tactile and mineral and quite gastronomic in style. It's straightforward with finely integrated acidity.
