Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

The nose shows a peppery spice with some apple, hazelnut and oaty notes. On the palate, it's compact and powerful, fleshy with an almost creamy background, slightly phenolic, both tactile and mineral and quite gastronomic in style. It's straightforward with finely integrated acidity.
