FARBE: Intensives, sattes Rubinrot. BOUQUET: Reich, intensiv und anhaltend, mit Noten von reifen Schwarzen-Beeren und Röstaromen wie Lakritz, schwarze Schokolade und Zimt. Sehr komplex! GESCHMACK: Weich,kraftvoll und vollmundig, fein und elegant; mit gut eingebundenen reifen Tanninen. Ein ausserordentlich komplexer Merlot mit einem sehr langen Abgang und ausgezeichnetem Alterungspotential. BESTE TRINKREIFE: Der Platinum 2017 wird sein volles Potential ab Herbst 2021 entfalten und diese Eigenschaften bei optimaler Lagerung bis 2032 und darüber hinaus beibehalten. Wir empfehlen den Wein mindestens eine Stunde vor dem Geniessen zu öffnen.

Noble bouquet with cool fruit aromas. Notes of preserved sour cherries, ripe plums and a hint of rum pot. Hints of tobacco, liquorice and mocha. Full-bodied and powerful on the palate without lacking elegance. Beautiful juicy acidity, aromas of dark berries, plum and cherry as well as savoury notes. Fine-grained, polished tannins and a long, complex finish.
