FARBE: Sattes, dunkles Bordeauxrot. BOUQUET: Intensives und sehr komplexes Bukett. Mit fruchtiger Noten von reifen schwarzen Beeren, sowie blumige Aspekte wie Veilchen aber auch Röstaromen die an Lakritze erinnern. GESCHMACK: Vollmundig, kräftig und fruchtig von hervorragender, aromatischer Intensität. Gut strukturiert, mit einem anhaltenden Abgang. SERVIERTEMPERATUR: 16 - 18 °C LAGERFÄHIGKEIT: Seinen vollen Charakter entwickelt der Estro 2020 ab Herbst 2022; bei optimaler Lagerung wird er bis 2030 und darüber hinaus seinen vollen Ausdruck behalten.

Elegant bouquet with notes of black cherry, ripe plum, elderberry and some cassis. In addition, hints of liquorice, cocoa and ethereal nuances. Fresh and lively on the palate, with elegant acidity, polished tannin and subtle toasted notes on the long finish.
