JAHRGANG: 2023 REBSORTE: Cabernet Sauvignon (41%); Petit Verdot (28%); Cabernet Franc (25%); Merlot (6%) WEINAUSBAU: Die Kelterung erfolgt nach traditioneller Methode mit einer Maischegärung von 13-17 Tagen bei 26 - 30 °C. Nach dem biologischen Säureabbau reifen die Weine je nach Rebsorte und Struktur während 13 - 16 Monaten in neuen (75%) und einjährigen (25%) Barriques. Die fürnf Rebsorten wurden separat vinifiziert und erst kurz vor der Abfüllung assembliert. ALKOHOLGEHALT: 13.2% Vol. FARBE: Sattes, dunkles Bordeauxrot. BOUQUET: Intensives und sehr komplexes Bukett. Mit fruchtiger Noten von reifen schwarzen Beeren, sowie blumige Aspekte wie Veilchen aber auch Röstaromen die an Lakritze erinnern. GESCHMACK: Vollmundig, kräftig und fruchtig von hervorragender, aromatischer Intensität. Gut strukturiert, mit einem anhaltenden Abgang. SERVIERTEMPERATUR: 16 - 18 °C LAGERFÄHIGKEIT: Seinen vollen Charakter entwickelt der Estro 2023 ab Herbst 2025; bei optimaler Lagerung wird er bis 2033 und darüber hinaus seinen vollen Ausdruck behalten.

Aromas of blackberries, blueberries, black cherries, prunes and cassis, with balsamic notes and a hint of herbs. Balanced and juicy on the palate, with ripe acidity, finely polished tannins and a long finish accompanied by fruity and roasted notes.
