REBSORTE: Merlot WEINAUSBAU: Beim Abbeeren der roten Merlot-Trauben wird der klare Most durch das selbsttätige Ablaufen des Saftes gewonnen; darauf folgt eine sehr schonende Pressung. Der klare Most wird in Edelstahltanks bei 17 - 19 °C ausgegoren. Um dem sortentypischen Charakter höchsten Ausdruck zu ermöglichen, verzichten wir auf den biologischem Säureabbau. ALKOHOLGEHALT: 12.8% Vol. FARBE: Brillantes und intensives Himbeerrosa. BOUQUET: Frisch, harmonisch und fruchtig, mit Noten von Walderdbeeren. GESCHMACK: Frisch und fruchtig, mit einem mineralischen und anhaltenden Abgang. SERVIERTEMPERATUR: 8 - 10 °C LAGERFÄHIGKEIT: Seinen vollen Charakter entwickelt der Terre Alte Rosato 2025 ab Frühling 2026; bei optimaler Lagerung wird er bis 2028 seinen vollen Ausdruck behalten.
