Medium golden yellow, silver reflections, fine mousse. Fresh bouquet, delicate yellow apple, a hint of guava, subtle herbal savouriness, inviting bouquet. Juicy, taut, mineral-salty, white stone fruit, a hint of quince, balanced finish.
