The sekt Blanc de Noirs Brut Tradition, vintage 2019 from the winery Griesel & Compagnie has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier from the region Hessische Bergstraße in Germany.
Fresh nose of yellow stone fruit, herbs and burnt sugar, also citrus notes. In the mouth, a very fine mousse, extremely crisp, yet animating acidity with juice and power, on the one hand appetizing, and on the other hand an ideal food companion!
