Disgorged 06/2025. bread crust, yeast extract, a ripe savouriness taken to the extreme. But also bergamot, yellow plum and apple. The dynamic mousse very well supports the sturdy body with its substance and its civilised acidity buffered by extracted sweetness. Very good length.
