Brilliant golden yellow with greenish reflections. Inviting aromas of lemon curd, acacia blossom, ripe peach and Williams pear, with some green tea and cookies too. Straightforward on the palate thanks to the crisp acidity that combines with a creamy mousse and characterful bittersweet notes of honey and caramel. Long, energetic and juicy on the finish, still youthful.
