Pale yellow with silver reflections. Attractive tropical fruit, fresh peach, smokey minerality, fresh lime zest in the background. Complex, full-bodied, fine extract sweetness, lively acidity and a saline touch on the finish, appears very light-footed and fresh, lemony nuances on the finish, classic, secure and certain ageing potential.
