Nuances of apple, yellow ringlets, some juniper, broom, a hint of vanilla and precious wood, very multi-layered bouquet with delicate nutty cookie aromas and fine reduction savouriness. Taut, tight and powerful texture, fine yellow fruit, integrated acidity, enormous mineral mouthfeel, chalky-saline finesse, imparts a cool finish, no trace of opulence, great length, a convincing head of character with Grand Cru quality.
